How do I make my booking?

How and when do i pay?

A deposit of £100 is payable to secure your booking with us.

Once your booking has been confirmed, your balance payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

ARE PAYMENTS REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are non refundable, as once your booking has been confirmed, we will have to refuse any other bookings for your date.

If your balance has been made within four weeks from your wedding date and your wedding is then cancelled at the last minute, we will refund your balance payment unless alternative dates can be arranged and are available with us.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

We will cover weddings in any part of the UK. Whilst our main area is in and around Kidderminster, Stourbridge and Stourport, we also cover Coventry and Warwickshire extensively, but also regularly work across Worcestershire Shropshire and Staffordshire. Where your venues are over 100 miles from Stourport, we will add travel expenses and budget overnight accommodation at cost to our standard fees.

DO YOU VISIT MY VENUE BEFORE MY BIG DAY?

Where possible, we will always visit your wedding venue with you before your wedding, to discuss your wedding plans and timings on-site.

This is also the perfect time to take pre wedding photos if required.

The only exceptions are for wedding venues that are over 100 miles away from our base in Worcestershire. In these cases, we will gather as much information upon the venue as possible, including having conversations with your venue organisers.

I HATE HAVING MY PHOTO TAKEN!

We understand that many people are uncomfortable with having their photo taken, and work hard from the outset to make all of our couples as relaxed as possible. before and during the wedding day. We do this by involving you both at every stage, and making photographic sessions as fun and enjoyable as possible.

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT PHOTOS I WANT?

If you have plenty of ideas, great. For those who do not have a clear idea, we will provide an "ideas" sheet, to help you formulate your ideas. These ideas will form the main structure to your day, providing visual cornerstones for all other non formal and reportage photos, that we continue to take throughout the day.

WILL THE PHOTOS HOLD UP OTHER PARTS OF THE DAY?

We aim to ensure that this will not happen, by providing you with a checklist and plan that covers all timings throughout your day. Our comprehensive wedding photos plan should then show where all of the key images will be taken seamlessly throughout the day without interfering with your overall enjoyment of your special day.
